The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong, presents

his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the

Colonies, and with reference to the Governor's confidential

telegram No.60 of 8th February, 1939, to the Secretary of

State for the Colonies, is directed to forward for the

information of the Secretary of State copies of letters

dated 3rd February, 1939, from the Imperial Airways (Far

East) Limited to the Director of Air Services, Hong Kong,

and to His Imperial Japanese Majesty's Consul-General,

Hong Kong, respectively, regarding an attack on R.M.A.
